Job Summary

BlockRock Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Assistant Teller to join our growing Retail Banking Operations team. In this role, you will serve as a front-line representative of BlockRock’s vault network, assisting players with deposits, withdrawals, currency exchange, and general account inquiries. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure (including during Creeper alerts), has a working knowledge of the BlockRock Reserve Note system, and can be trusted alone in a room full of diamonds.

Key Responsibilities

• Process player deposits and withdrawals of diamonds, emeralds, gold ingots, and other accepted reserve assets
• Issue and verify BlockRock Reserve Notes, ensuring all transactions are logged in the official ledger
• Assist the Chief Financial Teller (CFT) with daily vault reconciliation and anti-counterfeit book checks
• Greet players at the vault entrance and direct them to the appropriate banking service
• Maintain vault security protocols, including two-factor chest locking and anti-grief perimeter checks
• Report any suspicious activity (including but not limited to unauthorized /op requests, duplication glitch attempts, or unusually large emerald deposits) to the Chief Security Warden (CSW)

Requirements

• Minimum 30 days active playtime on the server
• Clean anti-grief record (no warnings, bans, or recorded theft incidents)
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic (for manual ledger reconciliation during server lag)
• Familiarity with signed book currency and chest shop mechanics
• Must be able to lift (carry) at least 27 stacks of blocks without complaining about inventory space
• A Netherite-level commitment to honesty and confidentiality

Nice to Have

• Prior experience as a shop keeper or market trader
• Knowledge of the Nether trade routes and exchange rates
• Redstone automation experience (for vault door mechanics)
